Have people looked at the OASIS CAM effort as applied to Archetypes:

It is an interesting approach that has been underway for quite awhile now\.

Thanks for pointing out the synergy here\. David Webber \(Chair of TC CAM\) ,
myself and other BCM TC members are working towards the creation of
standards that share a common declaration of Archetypes / Templates plus
\(not dependent\)  shared \(clinical\) e\-Folders using ebXML Registry /
Repository\.

Do you have any preliminary examples of Archetypes/Templates that would be applicable to OpenEHR?
