# New release of the Clinical Knowledge Manager (CKM) **Category:** [Clinical (archive)](https://discourse.openehr.org/c/clinical-archive/153) **Created:** 2010-12-16 15:24 UTC **Views:** 11 **Replies:** 4 **URL:** https://discourse.openehr.org/t/new-release-of-the-clinical-knowledge-manager-ckm/15033 --- ## Post #1 by @system Dear all, We have released a new version of the Clinical Knowledge Manager at [http://www.openehr.org/knowledge](http://www.openehr.org/knowledge) Once an archetype is published, it will normally have to be translated into various languages without changing the definition of the archetype itself or the terms in existing language. In general it is better to use the online translation facility built into CKM but it will sometimes be the case that a translation is added locally to an archetype via the Archetype Editor or other tool. This CKM release adds a facility to allow a local translation to be safely uploaded and integrated into the CKM archetype, but without uploading the whole archetype, which may a different, usually older, version to that on CKM. The CKM release also adds the ability to conduct reviews of archetype translations. The process is similar to conducting content and terminology binding reviews but uses a different layout, more appropriate for reviewing translations A total of over 110 additions, improvements and bug fixes are incorporated in this release, including improvements to the way reviews are handled, archetypes are displayed and compared, emails are being sent out, etc. For a full list of changes, please refer to: [http://www.openehr.org/wiki/display/healthmod/CKM+release+1.1.3](http://www.openehr.org/wiki/display/healthmod/CKM+release+1.1.3) Best regards Sebastian [details="(attachments)"] ![oceanlogo.png|84x82](upload://2EtFgZ1bS4JNl1d51FusTB7hg8M.png) [/details] --- ## Post #2 by @Seref As always, great work Sebastian! Congrats. Kind regards Seref --- ## Post #3 by @system Brilliant. Did you find the bug we got yesterday which was after saving once in the review And keeping the Tab open you cannot save again...also a flash of the save dialog when you save. Cheers Sam --- ## Post #4 by @system Hi Sam, After speaking to Heather about it, this is how I understand the issue: This issue does NOT concern saving reviews - which should work fine including the new addition that when you close the review tab without saving, CKM will warn you. The problem you are describing applies to saving review **feedback** as an editor. When you save the feedback, there is a message that you are about to close the tab and lose your changes. This message is wrong of course because you *are* requesting to save the feedback. If you then press cancel for that message, the submit feedback button is not re-enabled. This is a bug I introduced when adding the requested warning. This bug has been fixed now and the bugfix will be deployed as part of the next minor update very soon. Please correct me if this is not what you experienced. Cheers Sebastian [details="(attachments)"] ![oceanlogo.png|84x82](upload://2EtFgZ1bS4JNl1d51FusTB7hg8M.png) [/details] --- ## Post #5 by @system That is it Thanks Sebastian --- **Canonical:** https://discourse.openehr.org/t/new-release-of-the-clinical-knowledge-manager-ckm/15033 **Original content:** https://discourse.openehr.org/t/new-release-of-the-clinical-knowledge-manager-ckm/15033
