Greetings,

The posting below showed up on the hardhats list this morning. I responded (after a brief, confirmatory exchange with Thomas) with a brief, high-level explanation of what archetypes "bring to the party". That triggered a couple of additional exchanges with another poster (the original poster has yet to respond). As you'll see, the additional exchanges led to a committment on my part to ask the experts (that's you folks). I'll be forwarding those postings here in hopes you can / will answer some of the questions and so educate both them and me on the importance / value of using archetypes.
