We would like to set up a little group to discuss these archetypes from a clinical point of view...so anybody with an interest in this area please drop me a quick email, we would very much love you to join us (most likely virtually...) and work together with us on these archetypes. I think there is much to be learnt regarding deciding how to break up the data requirements into sensible \(from interoperability point of view\) concepts, i\.e\. archetypes\. For interoperability reasons these concepts need to be fairly general\. The specific requirements at one site are then fulfilled by plugging them together and further constrain them via templates\. Some kind of wiki documentation \(howto, examples,\.\.\.\) would be cool to gather the thoughts\. However I can't promise to make much of a contribution as I am very time restricted at the time\. Cheers, Thilo \(medical student about to start with PJ\) --- ## Post #3 by @system Count me in. As ex-GP (20 years) I could be of help. I have little experience in some parts and I want to practice as much as possible for "finding" archetypes and putting a good design\. So shortly pls\. count me in too\. \-koray Sebastian Garde wrote: --- ## Post #5 by @Knut_Bernstein Hi all I have been involved in a project in Copenhagen where we looked into structured clinical content for mental health - which is our basis for creating archetypes. Furthermore, I have been doing some mapping of general clinical content into archetypes, i.e. things like examinations, planning etc. Thus, with this experience I could hopefully contribute to the process. At the same time, I hope to get some input to my own challenges: finding the right level when mapping between the clinical descriptions/guidelines and the archetypes. Kind regards Knut --- ## Post #6 by @thomas.beale Sebastian Garde wrote: > Dear all, > > We have a psychiatrist from Chile here for the next month who will work with us on developing an initial set of **Mental Health archetypes**. > > We would like to set up a little group to discuss these archetypes from a clinical point of view...so anybody with an interest in this area please drop me a quick email, we would very much love you to join us (most likely virtually...) and work together with us on these archetypes. We intend to set up an instance of the Atlassian Confluence Wiki soon for openEHR - it won't be for some weeks, but at some point you can assume there will be an openEHR wiki to transfer stuff to, if this is seen as appropriate. - thomas beale --- ## Post #7 by @Dipak_Kalra Dear Sebastian, You have had a lovely set of positive replies already! I too would like to offer a review of your work as it progresses. With best wishes, Dipak --- ## Post #8 by @Francois_MENNERAT1 Sebastian, Count me in too. Cheers, Sam Sebastian Garde wrote: --- ## Post #12 by @sebastian.garde Hi Sam, thank you! We have received quite a bit of interest and now have a very interesting team among which we circulated a first draft of a Mental Health archetype mindmap via email for feedback. I had a talk to Alejandro and we will try without the wiki initially, see how we go with it and set up a Wiki - Confluence preferred - later if necessary. Cheers, Sebastian P.S. Anybody else who wants to join, just write me an email. --- ## Post #13 by @system I am interested too! /Rong --- ## Post #14 by @Rudolf_Widmer Dear Sebastian I am interested to participate\.
