Those interested in embedding AI callouts in openEHR may find this useful: Health AI Suite for OpenEMR (NB: a possible template for openEHR) is a collection of plugins added in various parts of OpenEMR for running AI logic deployed on jBPM (the open-source integration and automation engine).
