I thought afterwards that the list may be of use to the rest of #openehr-affiliates so am dropping the info in here as well. ### Tools that can help you within our Discourse forum (all the below are already installed in our Discourse): * **Wiki Posts** (useful for persistent informational content) https://meta.discourse.org/t/editing-and-creating-wiki-posts/30801 * **Discourse Calendar and Events** (great for Affiliate events, meetings etc) https://meta.discourse.org/t/discourse-calendar-and-event/97376 * **Discourse Chat** https://meta.discourse.org/t/discourse-chat/230881 * **Kanban Board** (useful for project planning) https://meta.discourse.org/t/kanban-board/118164 * **PDF Inline Previews** (nice way to bring existing documentation into forum) https://meta.discourse.org/t/inline-pdf-previews/157649 * **Page Publishing** (good for some website-y content which you just want to have at a regular URL - for examnple an Affiliate 'landing page') https://meta.discourse.org/t/page-publishing/151971 (note that only Admins can *publish* a page, but you can write the page first and I just publish it for you) Please do feel free to explore these features and do let me know if you have any issues or requests. --- ## Post #2 by @siljelb Thanks Marcus, many of these are really useful! I thought I’d just mention that some also are overlapping with functionality in Confluence and Jira, which affiliates also can use at [https://openehr.atlassian.net/wiki/home](https://openehr.atlassian.net/wiki/home) --- ## Post #3 by @HHeiser Dear Silje, that sounds great! It could also be interesting for the Swiss Affiliate Group openehr.ch  Would that be free of charge for affiliates? Do you know who I could approach to see if we could get our own space on the openEHR Confluence? --- **Canonical:** https://discourse.openehr.org/t/forum-tools-that-can-help-you-run-your-affiliate-group/7105 **Original content:** https://discourse.openehr.org/t/forum-tools-that-can-help-you-run-your-affiliate-group/7105
