fm file-extension

I guess it is framemaker
Do I need these files, SVN downloaded many of them, or is the information already elsewhere in other files (and up to date)?

No, you just need the publications part of the download, which contains all the PDFs, HTML, XML-schemas etc - see instructions at bottom of http://svn.openehr.org/specification/TRUNK/project_page.htm (but if you downloaded the whole lot, no problem - your updates will just be larger and more frequent. You can start again with just the publications area if you want). Either way, look for index.html in the publications directory.

Thanks, I downloaded them, doesn't matter, I am lucky to have enough bandwith. Unlike water, you cannot spoil bandwith when using it, but you spoil it when not using it.
