# Exporting from Ocean Template Designer with multiple languages **Category:** [Technical (archive)](https://discourse.openehr.org/c/technical-archive/156) **Created:** 2016-12-15 06:40 UTC **Views:** 2 **Replies:** 0 **URL:** https://discourse.openehr.org/t/exporting-from-ocean-template-designer-with-multiple-languages/14347 --- ## Post #1 by @Pekka_Pesola Hello, We are having problems exporting a template in OPT format with multiple languages. Here are the steps to reproduce: 1. Switch your region to English (United Kingdom) - In Windows 10 it was enough to just set format to English (United Kingdom) under Region -> Formats 2. Start TD and create a new template 3. Add openEHR-EHR-COMPOSITION.encounter.v1 (from ckm) to the template 4. Export to OPT and select additional languages: es, pt-BR The resulting OPT will have (which are ok): - Template language matching the region selected (english) - Default term definitions in English But instead of getting language translations for es and pt-BR we get two duplicate term definitions for en. Please see the exported OPT here [http://pastebin.com/6Jm02RGz](http://pastebin.com/6Jm02RGz) The problem seems to always occur if there is a translation in the archetype for language which is the same as your computer locale. Has anybody else experienced this issue? -Pekka --- **Canonical:** https://discourse.openehr.org/t/exporting-from-ocean-template-designer-with-multiple-languages/14347 **Original content:** https://discourse.openehr.org/t/exporting-from-ocean-template-designer-with-multiple-languages/14347
