Dear Sam,

I remind you of your legal obligations to pay me my proper entitlements on leaving Ocean's employment. As you know, I was not paid for the last 4 weeks of my employment with the company, nor have I been paid owing leave entitlements or long service leave entitlements.

I will expect full payment of these entitlements by the end of this week or I will need to take further action.
