# EHRCON25, 16-17 October, Barcelona

**EHRCON25** is less than a week away, so here are a few important details to make sure you get the most out of the event…

**Pre-conference drinks**

For those of you who may be arriving ahead of the conference, we’re getting together for an informal mixer event at [Ocaña](https://www.google.com/maps/place/Oca%C3%B1a/@41.380044,2.175705,17z/data=!4m6!3m5!1s0x12a4a257e9bc4ced:0x467479bc11cec2b3!8m2!3d41.3798266!4d2.1757053!16s%2Fg%2F119twd1x_?hl=en&entry=ttu&g_ep=EgoyMDI1MTAwNy4wIKXMDSoASAFQAw%3D%3D), Barcelona, from 18:00-20:00 on Wednesday 15 October. Why not come along - the first drink is free, courtesy of vitagroup. 

**Registration**

Please download your ticket onto your mobile device and bring it with you on the day. You can register from 8am on Thursday 16 October. Head to the [CCCB](https://www.google.com/maps?ll=41.383704,2.166863&z=14&t=m&hl=en&gl=ES&mapclient=embed&cid=15474894156962560116) Theatre Foyer to collect your conference badge, goodie bag, and a cup of coffee.

**Speakers**

If you’re one of our speakers or panellists, **please double check your slot** in the program for any last-minute changes, and make sure you have sent your presentation to [pr@openehr.org](mailto:pe@openehr.org) in advance.

**Conference Dinner**

For those of you who have purchased a full conference pass, the conference dinner - sponsored by Better - will take place at 19:00 on Thursday 16 October at [Cal Pinxo](https://maps.app.goo.gl/7KA1KAn4MXUWi6kU8), Barcelona. We look forward to seeing you there for some traditional Spanish food, wine, and great company. Don’t forget, the unofficial openEHR band, 'The Archetypes', will be back this year to provide the music. And of course, there will be karaoke!

**Fancy a cafe… *solo*?**

If you’d like to escape the crowd, take a stroll to [Dalston Coffee](https://maps.app.goo.gl/3cMv1pYGrHDQUZzB6) in Carrer de les Ramelleres, around the corner from the CCCB. Just mention ‘EHRCON25’ to enjoy a 10% discount on their coffee, sandwiches, cookies and muffins.
