Most approaches to teaching openEHR tend to be high level \- explaining the need and advantages of using archetypes, guiding principles and so on\. I am hoping to get away from this and to offer a more hands\-on approach\. My aim is to develop material that leads my students to an understanding of the problems of developing EHRs first, before demonstrating how openEHR attempts to overcome these difficulties\. I am looking for someone currently developing archetypes \(or who has some they have developed in the past\), who would be happy for their work to be adapted for use as a university case study, and is prepared to collaborate in developing this\. Many thanks, Derek dmeyer@sgul\.ac\.uk --- ## Post #2 by @Seref Hi Derek, Could you please clarify the content you have in mind? Hands on openEHR usage spans quite a large set of topics. Are you interested in actual implementation of the specifications? From your message I get the impression that you are more interested in modelling. In that case, maybe clinical list may give you a better response to your query. We may be more helpful if you define your scope a little bit better. Kind regards Seref --- **Canonical:** https://discourse.openehr.org/t/developing-openehr-teaching-material/13315 **Original content:** https://discourse.openehr.org/t/developing-openehr-teaching-material/13315
