We have been trying to find out more about use of the DENWIS score, and how it is practically implemented - do others have any experience? In particular we are not clear about what data is actually recorded...

It is a free sign-up. I have been using Discourse for the UK CIUO/CCIO community for some time and it is proving to be very successful. It is very flexible in terms of notification and the extent to which you want to interact via email vs. web, individual messages vs. a regular digest.
