# Confluence pages give error on mobile browser (Android - Chrome) **Category:** [Site Feedback](https://discourse.openehr.org/c/site-feedback/2) **Created:** 2024-11-14 10:31 UTC **Views:** 60 **Replies:** 6 **URL:** https://discourse.openehr.org/t/confluence-pages-give-error-on-mobile-browser-android-chrome/5918 --- ## Post #1 by @Koray_Atalag Seems like it happens to any page. I tried this URL: https://openehr.atlassian.net/wiki/x/AwBWkw ![WhatsApp Image 2024-11-14 at 23.30.06_91895574|230x500](upload://mk0iINUaeljPvfyaw37fQUrRjNv.jpeg) --- ## Post #2 by @marcusbaw Thanks for reporting @Koray_Atalag - I'm not an admin of Confluence but @mentioning @sebastian.iancu @andrazh @thomas.beale who are the people that manage the Atlassian things. --- ## Post #3 by @ian.mcnicoll I seem to recall this being an longstanding issue with Atlassian Confluence itself, and the workaround itis to use the Android Confluence native app --- ## Post #4 by @Koray_Atalag @ian.mcnicoll thanks - just tried on IOS and same thing happens. Can't believe Confluence having such a major problem on mobile platforms! --- ## Post #5 by @Koray_Atalag BTW I tried a few random confluence pages and they seem to work OK. It looks like the issue is with our site; these I tried and works on mobile Chrome https://confluence.hl7.org/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=4489802 https://hl7v2wgau.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/OO/overview Any thoughts? @sebastian.iancu @andrazh @thomas.beale --- ## Post #6 by @yampeku I had that problem too, using the specific android app seems to work ok --- ## Post #7 by @Koray_Atalag Yeah but it's really unacceptable to expect everyone to install it. Because it works on some sites and not others indicate it is probably a configuration issue. Anyway, I'm giving up! --- **Canonical:** https://discourse.openehr.org/t/confluence-pages-give-error-on-mobile-browser-android-chrome/5918 **Original content:** https://discourse.openehr.org/t/confluence-pages-give-error-on-mobile-browser-android-chrome/5918
