# Clinical Knowledge Manager - new version

Dear all,

We have uploaded a new version of the Clinical Knowledge Manager (CKM) to [http://www.openehr.org/knowledge](http://www.openehr.org/knowledge)

As you can see from the new User Statistics (which is directly available at [http://openehr.org/knowledge/#userstatistics](http://openehr.org/knowledge/#userstatistics) or via the Reports/User Statistics menu), we already have an amazing diversity of users' countries, professions and health domains.

It is now even easier to adopt an archetype - just open any archetype (when signed in) and click on the "Adopt archetype" button and you will be invited to review this archetype when a review round is started for this archetype.
(BTW, don't forget to vote for the 10 key archetypes [here](http://poll.fm/124yo) )

Have a look at the extended archetype mindmaps which now contain tooltips for each node.

When viewing an archetype with a slot, all CKM archetypes that fit into that slot are directly accessible.

## Detailed list of changes

**Please note:** Due to the first change below, you will need to install the lastest [Archetype Editor](https://wiki.oceaninformatics.com/confluence/display/TTL/Archetype+Editor+Releases) to be able to open/edit some of the archetypes!

- Changed: Change the ADL of all archetypes that have term bindings or constraint bindings: term_binding to term_bindings and constraint_binding to constraint_bindings
- Added: **Various new user statistics reports** - available from Reports/User statistics
- Added: Archetype HTML: Add button with a **link to archetypes currently fulfilling a regex in a slot**
- Added: Serve archetype in **selected language(s) only**
- Improved: Make the **adopt an archetype** more prominent on the ArchetypeMainPanel
- Added: **Email a colleague**; Use browser form to send email instead of email client
- Added: Enable the complete **translation** of the **archetype ontology** used to classify archetypes
- Fixed: CKM does not load on **Safari 4**
- Improved: Add **Tooltips** for **mindmaps** with further information on each item
- Changed: Change the **sign-up** process to **validate** the user's email address. Similar process also when changing the email address.

- Improved: When making changes to the ontology (manage classification), only update one scheme, not all
- Fixed: Review summary may show wrong username for a comment for old ehr-class classification comments

- Changed: Change the date displayed for review to the creation date, not the last modification date
- Added: Display subject of data in Archetype HTML and mindmap
