This happens if the canonical hashes in the template don’t match the correct canonical hashes of the archetypes.
The easiest way to fix it is to update the hashes in the oet with what is in the archetypes and CKM shows you on the validation page:
So in this case, replace FD05… with 0734… and C529 with 5C24 in the oet.
