Possible to share? Cheers, \-koray --- ## Post #2 by @yampeku Hello Koray, ASTM sells the standard \+ the schema, so I think the only way to obtain it is to buy it from them http://www.astm.org/Standards/E2369.htm regards --- ## Post #3 by @ian.mcnicoll Hi Koray, You may be better to look at CCD, the HL7/CDA variant, rather than CCR itself, as I think CCD has much more international take up, via templated CDAs\. If you look at various IHE profiles you will get examples \- the MDHT site is a good source of documentation http://cdatools.org/infocenter/index.jsp?topic=/org.openhealthtools.mdht.cda.doc.user/c_Introduction.html Ian Dr Ian McNicoll office \+44 \(0\)1536 414 994 fax \+44 \(0\)1536 516317 mobile \+44 \(0\)775 209 7859 skype ianmcnicoll ian\.mcnicoll@oceaninformatics\.com Clinical Modelling Consultant, Ocean Informatics, UK openEHR Clinical Knowledge Editor www\.openehr\.org/knowledge Honorary Senior Research Associate, CHIME, UCL BCS Primary Health Care www\.phcsg\.org --- ## Post #4 by @Koray_Atalag Hi Ian, thanks\.\.\.We've been talking on this for a while; you know I want to create a pure openEHR template which would correspond to CCR data items and structure\. I don't intend to use CCD\. My aim is not to create a valid CCR document \- just an openEHR model which is equivalent\. Of course by using existing as much CKM/Nehta archetypes as possible\. I have the standard document already \- if not I'll just get started with it from scratch\. Cheers, \-koray --- ## Post #5 by @pablo Hi Koray, here you can find a simplified CCR model from google health: http://code.google.com/intl/es/apis/health/ccrg_reference.html --- ## Post #6 by @thomas.beale It could be done in ADL 1\.5, which means doing the template level by hand, but I think the result will be better\. We could use it as a test case for publishing a final XML OPT \(XML OPT generation is working, but some details need to be modified to adhere to the existing ADL 1\.4 schema, and further decisions need to be made with respect to an ADL1\.5 XSD\)\. \- thomas --- ## Post #7 by @Heath_Frankel3 Hi Koray, In 2009 I did an IHE Medical Summary profile based Template for the Interoperability Demonstration at HIC\. I can't recall the exact relationships between CCR, CCD and IHE Medical Summary profiles but they pretty much cover the same concepts\. The template was only a subset of the Referral Summary but did cover Service request, History of present illness, Active problems, Current Medications, Allergies, History of past Illness, Past surgical history, Family history and Social history\. This may be the start you were looking for, or at least something to have a look at\. Obviously the Archetypes used were from an old point in time on CKM so I will need to bundle up a package and send it to you separately if you're interested\. You will then need to upgrade these to the latest release of archetypes\. You may be interested to know that I used this template to generate a Template Data Schema \(XML Schema\) to assist in the transformation of a HL7 V2 REF message sent from another vendor, which was coded using the IHE Medical Summary profile recommended LONIC codes, into both an openEHR composition and a Referral Summary CDA\. The CDA document was then sent to another vendor's XDS\.b repository\. Regards Heath --- ## Post #8 by @Koray_Atalag Wow \- I'm extremely interested\.\.\. It'd be great to have a look at the artefacts\. Happy to share with the community after I put them into a good shape\. This we intend to use as the starting point for our national minimum core summary record in New Zealand\.
