Hello everyone,
  Does anybody knows a study for choosing between the different choices
for the back\-end, namely file system based \(adl or xml set of files\),
XML database, database for objects or even the relational databases?

Hi,

In Open EHR-Gen, we use a filsystem repository of archetypes and templates. Now we are designing a Web Service interface to have that repository in a remote location.
