Greetings all;
I am working on an archetype for an antenatal booking assessment (i.e.
the first antenatal appointment of a pregnancy) and I am trying to find
some examples of the kinds of information that would be recorded by a
clinician (OB or midwife) at such an encounter.
Does anyone on this list have access to such information and the
willingness to share it?
This archetype forms part of the NHS clinical record architecture pilot
project in the UK, which is being coordinated by Laura Sato.
Any help would be gratefully appreciated - please feel free to email me
off-list.

Hi Ruth,
I was talking to our Heather Strachan eHealth Nursing Lead in Scotland about
personally-held Maternity records just last week - this would be a perfect
document from which to extract the kinds of info required. I have asked
Heather if she can get me a copy.

Ian

Excellent thanks - the more examples I can get hold of, the better!

I will have a look later and see what I can dig out for archetyping.
