The old ADL 1.4 spec is now online in the new format. This was done primarily to:
- fix various formatting
- fix syntax rendering
- provide a source form of the ADL 1.4 spec in case interim releases between 1.4 and 2.0 are required.

Great work, and thanks to everyone involved in making the transition to AsciiDoctor. I know this was a huge effort but it really puts us in a much better position for the future.
